I have a Cub Cadet with a Kohler CV740-0026 that will flood sporadically and fill the carburetor fuel spitback cup with fuel and not restart until you dry that up. Other than that it seems to run fine. I have searched all day with no quality information found. Can anyone lend some knowledge on this situation. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like intermittent float valve not sealing allowing to overflow the carb causing flooding.
