Cutting height ?

I have Toro Timecutter 75755 50" cutting deck. I installed toro's recycle kit / mulching kit. The kit makes the underside of the deck completely enclothed. My question is how to measure the cutting height when you can't get to the inside of the deck where the blades are.

You make yourself a L shaped Gauge of 3/4 X 1" pine with a strip of styrofoam attached to one edge . Park on a flat surface to heck , not to be confused with level , and the blade will mark the styrofoam . Put a felt tip pen mark on the first if you would like to check deck level .

Cut a couple of passes and determine if it off, then adjust a little at time. No need to make a major project out of it.

Thanks for the encouragement for the OP . Everyone could use a little of that , even Seniorcitizen.

You probably won’t be satisfied with the mulching results, so after you take the mulch kit off you can measure from tip of blade to concrete with properly aired up tires to determine cutting height.
