I have a new customer with a 3/4 acre lot. She has a drainage culvert that runs along the street all along her property. How do you mow that with a zero turn mower? I have a Dixon ZT (Ram series) with a 48" deck. In the owners manual it says not to use the ZT on more than a 10 degree slope, but I know that lawn crews do. Any real suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I get as close as I can before the ztr starts to slide or leave ruts. Then ill finish up with a walk behind. If my walk behind can't do it then I use the trimmer.

I have cut some that the zero turn would slide down the hill sideways on. What I do is go up the ill slowly and then back down slowly and move over and go up again. It it is not spinning or rutting it does good.
