Custom mower

Hi there i like to build lawn mowers that being said here is my current project i have a 21'' murray deck (came with a **** 3.5 hp) that i am putting a 6.5hp b&s engine on. a front wheel drive with a smaller pulley off a yard man mower which was mounted in front of the deck instead of inside it (already mounted on front of deck, will probably need a different belt) the deck has a nice big chute and a nice big 2.5 bushel bag. replace the handle lever kill switch with a simple on off toggle (hate having to restart mowers when all i am doing is emptying bag) using handle for self propel and installing a throttle. i am going to get a nice heavy duty bagging blade. and hope for the best lol any suggestions

I blew up the tranny i put a smaller pulley on it and it could not handle it lol next project for this engine is to repower my push behind weed wacker. and am thinking about turning it into a field mowerish with a 22'' blade mounted on the front instead of a weed eater head, maybe make them interchangable. anyone have any ideas for saftey and such
