Cub Cadet RZT42 PTO won't disengaged.

PTO switch check out electrically okay, PTO won't disengaged even when the wires going to the coil were unplugged. Mower will start but the blades are always engaged.

ILENGINE
Siezed bearing in the clutch. The one in the belt pulley. If the one in the electric coil siezes it will act like the engine is locked up.
