Cub Cadet LTX 1050 VT Engine will not turn over!

Cub Cadet LTX 1050 VT Engine will not turn over! The engine was running but the mower did not move. We replaced the drive belt, the deck belt, plugs. Now the engine will not turnover; just jammed. The battery and starter work, it starts turn over, then freezes. If the drive belt is jammed, could this be the problem?

Take the drive belt off the engine pulley and see if that makes a difference.

I'd check battery voltage and connections. A battery can die like that fast. I was sitting idling one day waiting on the other half for about 2 minutes. Suddenly all the lights, bells and whistles went off on the car engine and it died. It would turn a little then stop. Turned out to be the six month old factory battery died on one cell just like that. If the battery is Ok pull the plugs to see if it is hydro locked with fuel, then try removing the belt.
