I have replaced all the belts, blades and I am still having a problem with it "bogging" down in taller grass.Not the engine but the blades slow down, belts are tight to specs. This is about a 12 year old mower. I have not had this problem before. Could there be an issue with the pto clutch? Really frustrating any help is appreciated.
