cub cadet model I1050 number 17af9bkp010, this mower turns to the left but will not turn to the right, the gears next to tires good, when you turn the steering wheel to the right will start turning then it free spins, am i looking at internal problems in the steering assembly, any comments or suggestions would be very helpful thaanks
