Helping a neighbor out with his Cub Cadet Series 1000. Here are the numbers off the s/n plate D608G101, 1B070H20453. The engine only runs wide open when started there is no idle control. When the throttle is held closed to control speed and then slowly opened there does not seem to be any governor control or movement of the arm attached to the governor. All linkage and springs seem to be in place and attached properly. Any suggestions?
