cub cadet deck issues

Hello everyone. I own a 2011 Cub cadet 42 inch riding mower. I was wondering if the front wheels of the deck are supposed to drag the ground with the deck lever all the way up? The back wheels will stay up but the front ones are dragging the ground, Is this how it is supposed to be? Thanks.

No, But don't go by the deck shell. Go by the blade tips off the ground. Put the blade to the front and rear of tractor and then us a go/no go gauge to check to see if your deck needs adjusting. The front blade tip should be no more the 1/4" lower from the rear blade tip. If to low in front, raise the front of deck with the link under the axle, should be a 3/4" nut.
