First thing to do is using a test light check for power at the PTO. How? Set the parking brake. Disconnect the at the plug under the chassis. Turn the key to the run, not start position. Pull the PTO switch to the ON position. Test for voltage on the plug. No voltage we'll have to check the wiring and PTO switch. Voltage we'll have to check resistance of the PTO clutch. Post back.
