Repairs Cub Cadet 1554 SLT transmission issues

I have a 1554 that I am really starting to have issues with the transmission. When I get to any type of hill, the tractor stops, moves just a little then takes off as if nothing is wrong, its starting to do it more and longer before it takes off. I have checked and replaced the drive belt, drained the fluid in the transmission and nothing is helping.

Does it make a noise when this is happening? If it is, the rear end may need replaced or repaired. Do you push snow or have fluid in tires or chains?

It does make a noise and runs fine til it gets into a pull(any kind of incline). I have never pushed snow or had fluid in the tires or chains. Its only been used for mowing, don't think I have even pulled my little trailer.
