CUB CADET 1440 1994 or 1998 ???

I have a 1440 with a HYDROSTATION TRANSMISSION won't move. The oil Filter look,s to be suck in some want? {COLLASPE} Oil look Good. Been in storage for a while Thank

Likely a frozen or rusted up brake. Look on the side of the trans for a little brake disc/caliper, when you find it, garb the lever and wiggle the hell out of it.
If you are lucky, you will hear a clunk and be ready to mow. If it keeps sticking, just spray some wd-40 on it.

If it has been in storage, some good fresh fuel would likely be advisable.
