tractor wont do anything, if I jump the starter it runs fine but blades wont engage. I have replaced both the seat and brake pedal safety switches and the pto switch! I am out of Ideas. would a bad pto clutch cause this?

Check fuse and fuse holder.

I thought the same but I cant find any fuses. do you know where it is?
