I'm getting ready to put it on the grass soon. All the riders I've seen at various dealers have a release which must be used to allow the mower to be pushed or pulled in case of problems. This CC 1600 has no such release and cannot be moved except under it's own power. This does not make sense to me unless I were a Cub Cadet dealer.

Yesterday, Pushed on the 1600 and it rolled back and forth. When I dragged it home the wheels would not turn, although after I jacked it up they would turn independently as they should with a differential. The only thing I can come up with is once I got it running and used it some, something freed up in the belt drive mechanism.
