Crank shaft bolt fell out

Crank shaft bolt fell out while mowing. Tightened back up and now the fuse will blow after the PTO is engaged for a period of time. Is it normal for the drive bolt to come loose and is my clucth now shot.

the crankshaft bolt normally doesn't come loose or fall out, unless it wasn't properly torqued. But when it comes loose it will allow clutch to wobble, and cause the driver disc to get into the electric coil and destroy the clutch.
