Hey all.I'm sure this was discussed before, and probably often. At my job, there are reps who transport materials between hospitals.
I have noticed these big plastic totes w/wheels are either Stanley or Craftsman. My thing is.. they are both identically the same.I know Sears is no more,so did Stanley eat up Craftsman?

One is tools and the other is other items like mowers.

Craftsman were AYP/Husqvarna until several years ago when they switch over to MTD built mowers. And Stanley gobbling up MTD so went the Craftsman mowers.

Stanley still trying to live off the Craftsman name.

Stanley bought the trademark from Sears but in the deal, Sears can still use the name. Stanley and Sears make their own products and slap the Craftsman name on them. Safe bet you got this at Ace HW, Menards, or Lowes, etc. then it is a Stanley.

As a result, each store gets items from their own supplier. In this case- tool storage, safe it is still from china so either maker should make no difference.
