I recently changed my muching blades as I bent one. Trying to level deck but right front is lower than the left side. Made adjustment to right rear. When deck is on setting 3 right side is on the floor and left side is off the ground. Any ideas. Front adjustment will level both sides simultaneously. At a loss.

Make sure all hangers are in place and connected.

Make adjustment to left rear.

Move left side down then see if it gets better or worse...

I like using scraps of wood as measuring tools to set my deck. I place the wood on the level floor and set the deck to the wood. Make sure your tires have the required air pressure and remove the deck wheels because that could throw your measurements off.
