Fuel Craftsman riding mower model no.917272190

Got mower back from repair person with the choke and throttle disconnected. Springs also not connected. Need help as to where each part goes. Also the governor springs were disconnected. Need help and especially a blown up diagram of the part where these parts are to be connected. Thanks
