Craftsman mower lift!

Craftsman mower lift, the directions are not very good. I bought the craftsman lift at an auction, the price was really low.
I don't think the people who had it before never used it and didn't put it together correctly.
One of those thing where the MFG in china needs some one who came speak and write in better English.
Who has one of these and can you tell me about it? I did down load a manual.
Have a good day.

Hello Just Don:

Craftsman sold a couple of different designs. A couple of pictures would help us to help you sort this out.

I use my John Deere tractor to lift my 329BB Grasshopper. Hate it when people ask a question and disappear!

It's called having other things going on in your life, like my sister-n-law passing. Also not getting a notice in my e-mail.

Sorry for your loss. My neighbor/daughter’s father in law passed Wednesday evening unexpectedly. Know what you are going through!!

That appear to be a front I-beam axle fulcrum lift design. It is adjustable for different axle widths. This is a basic deck blade change jack/

The mower must have the rear wheels blocked to prevent rolling away (I think), then the square saddles are lined up to the front axle yoke. One foot is placed on the short cross bar to push forward as indicated by the label, then the handle is pulled back while the jack wheels roll forward, and it lifts the front of the mower off the ground

Simply not a very safe design....I wouldn't get under a mower using it too easy to have the mower to fall on you.
