I am new to this forum, and I do my best to read and learn from post.
My problem is that I was given a Craftsman LT 1500 by a neighbor that seems to be in pretty good shape.
I have searched top to bottom for a model number/ serial number. and have come up empty. The sticker under the seat is gone. Is there any way to identify the model number/ serial number on this mower? without the numbers it will be impossible to find the correct parts. I would appreciate any help in this matter.

Go to Searspartsdirect.com and enter 247.2888 and it will give a list models that it can be. 23 possible ones.
