Today my lawnmower started fine when I got off to empty grass and tried starting it I had a real hard time getting it to start but it eventually started . After I parked it a couple hours later, I went to go back to start it to put it away and it wouldn’t start and gas poured out of the air filter . It will not start at all now . Just wondering if anyone knows what I am dealing with here .

Most likely the float valve has something stuck in the needle seat area preventing it from sealing and overfilling the carb and is now running into the engine and possibly the engine oil Will need to remove/clean and install a carb repair kit.

Ok so it did get in the oil so is it just oil change new oil filter and install a carb repair kit
