I have just been given an LT2000 Riding mower with a Kohler CV 490 engine with a Walbro Carb. My question is, does the linkage fro the governor shaft connect to the throttle butterfly or the choke butterfly. If I hook the governor linkage to the choke the choke does not close all the way so I have to hand choke it to start it. It would appear the throttle lever cable should be hooked to the throttle butterfly , but if I do this I have no choke control . HELP
