Unable to source replacement brake disc, part # 407134 (Husqvarna part # 583301401). All I can find are listings showing as “Discontinued”. This is a long shot I know but does anyone know of a suitable replacement that matches the OEM part?

You may see if your local dealer has either of these parts. Tecumseh/Peerless part number 790075 or MTD part number 761-0202. I’ve found many times they are interchangeable.

Amazing! It seems you have found a match. The bore size is correct, just need the number of splines to match. And available in UK too (but at 3x US prices!).
