Hey Dan, I am not a professional lawn mower mechanic but I have the same model as you. There are a couple of possibilities
that can be causing problem. I have replace PTO switch twice in 10 years on my mower and I have replaced
electric clutch once. Check to make sure clutch wiring has not been pulled loose. Also you can look up on line of how to
check the electric clutch with an ohm meter if you have one. You can disconnect wiring to clutch and check voltage going to it
to see if the PTO Switch is working.You may need someone to sit in seat for last check because of safety switches.
These were items that I went through when I had same problem. Hopefully these may be of some help.
