We have an older riding mower (GT3000) and are having problems with the choke getting stuck in or out and have determined that the cable is probably kinked. After multiple attempts to order this part and getting incorrect parts (throttle, etc.) we have received some advice to order part number 185456 which is described as a battery cable. We cannot find a picture of this part anywhere and this part of a drawing of it is not included in the manual. Obviously we are very hesitant to order a part that is described as a battery cable and has no picture to replace a choke cable! We even ordered a choke repair kit and guess what? There is no cable in it!!! Ugh! Meanwhile, my yard is turning into a jungle!!! Does anyone know if this is in fact the correct part? Any help/direction would be greatly appreciated!

Post the model number from under the seat and I will see what I can come up with for you.

Is that just the choke knob or does the cable come with it also?

Just looked it up and saw a pic. Thank you so much! I wonder why they don't show the cable on the diagram??? Just to give me something to do I guess! I appreciate your help and so does my yard!
