Craftsman Gold Edition not starting and blade bolt loosens

Hey everyone.

I have not one, but TWO problems with my Craftsman 6.75 hp gold edition lawnmower.

1.) The engine turns but doesn't start.

2.) The lawnmower blade bolt keeps getting loose when you try to start the mower.

Is there a viable solution to both of these problems?

Blade coming loose is either improper torque of the blade bolt, or the blade mount or mounting hardware is broken. And if the blade mount is broken then there is also a chance that the flywheel key is also sheared which would be the no start issue.
