I have been watching youtube videos by TheRykerDane and by DonyBoy on cleaning carburators. Both are very good. But my problem is this: Bought 2 new wheels from Amazon.Wheels went on just fine.Only problem is the wheel cover is the same diameter as the wheel,so that wont fit.Minor problem.Main problen is the pinion is eating the gears of the inner wheel. Why? Anyone else go thru this before? do I just simply put 'lube on the pinion?

I'll bet you have the wrong wheels, with the wrong number of teeth. The part number for the wheels you need are 151156 or 193144.

If you are sure you have the right wheels, then you have to chck the wheel axle bushings. If they are worn the axle will wobble and the drive gears will not mesh properly.
