Engine craftsman 6.75 hp piston rings

model 917-376480 orig piston ring part#790360 has 5 rings, two compression, two oil rings and one oil expander ring. the new replacement part# 791098 has 4 rings, 2 compression rings, one oil ring and one expansion ring. My question is, does the one oil ring go on top of the expansion ring or bottom. this is a briggs and stratton 6.75 hp craftsman

As your mower is a Briggs and Stratton engine model 126T05-1071-B1, I feel that the ring set you received is short one oil scraper ring. I would contact your supplier for a new set and return the set with missing parts.
