The tag under the seat says 917254323 or that is what it looks like. Serial # is 1219S01550.
This machine does not have a sign of a break on it. I tried in the past to adjust them. At that time if I adjusted them any you could smell that they were getting hot.
Even then it would have only moderate brakes on it. Does anybody have any experience with one of these machines and the brakes on it?
