When I start my mower why does gas and oil come blowing out my exhaust. Thank You

I would say the carb needle valve is leaking. Check the oil to make sure it isn't over filled, and smells like gas. If it does you will need to remove the carb, clean, and install a repair kit, And then change the oil, and filter if it has one.
