Hi,
Based in UK West Sussex
I have a problem with a Stihl Chainsaw posted in forum.
Also electric Hedge trimmer packed up - safety switch mounting broken.
Now I'm thinking of just splashing out and going cordless - NOT a pro , just for a midsize UK garden
Looking at the availability and pricing , seems ridiculous at the moment , same for DIY Dewalt tools !!!!!!
Anyway ,
Thinking about cordless
Hedge Trimmer
Chainsaw - cutting odd branches and chopping firewood.
Strimmer
Blower
Long Reach Hedge Trimmer
Lawn Mower 18" - to replace a Honda Izzy petrol - takes around 1 1/2 hours to cut front and back lawn. (so may need 2 batteries)
Scarifier
Stihl, seems to be unavailable at the moment, and looking at the pro gear, in a dealer all got confused.
Looked at EGO and they seemed OK, and offer a free 2.5Ah battery if spending over £700
Just after any advice from people who have gone cordless and if the tools are upto it
Thanks
Wayne
