Controlling the direction the mower moves

I HAVE A 1994 DIXON 9422. I HAVE REPLACED THE CONES. THE RE-ASSEMBLY APPEARED TO GO OK. THE PROBLEM I HAVE IS THE RIGHT HAND SIDE, FACING FORWARD, DOES NOT MOVE FORWARD AS THE HANDLES ARE MOVED FORWARD. IT WILL ONLY MOVE BACKWARD. I HAVE A OWNERS GUIDE AND HAVE TRIED ALL OF THE ADJUSTMENTS WITH NO SUCCESS. THE OTHER SIDE WORKS FINE. DO YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS ? THANK YOU

I don't know if i is possible, but is sounds like you have a linkage hooked up incorrectly or connected to the wrong spot causing the mechanism to operate in the opposite direction than intended
