My columbia mower speed isn't working anymore and I can't figure what is the problem. I can only select 3 speed on 6, like if the cable is too short or if something isn't moving as it should. I can barelly select speed 3. The only adjustment I see for this cable is already as loose as it get. Here some photos to describe better :

I have looked under when I have removed the blade and the plate where the cable is attached wasn't moving at all or very barelly. I don't know how this system work.
Any help to repair this would be appreciated. I would love to see this old Columbia mower work like a new one. Thank you.
