CMM1200 Replace Broken Lower Handle

The lower handle for my CMM1200 has cracked in half, and I would like to replace it. It seems like it should be easy enough to do -- I have found the replacement part 90564274 -- however, my problem is attempting to remove the cracked handle. It appears to be held in place by a nut with a round-head bolt. When I attempt to loosen/remove the nut, the bolt spins along with it. Any help would be appreciated.
