I have a Cub Cadet SLTX 1054. Was changing the drive belt and noticed there's no metal plate for the clutch to slide up on. There's a spring that hooks up to keep the clutch from spinning. So my question is that all on that model or did someone remove the plate?? Never saw one with just a spring??

Supposed to be a deck belt retainer that engages the notch in the PTO clutch according the 2009 IPL. Item 19.
