Kohler 5400 series 18 hp engine. Before first mow of season I sharpened blades, changed oil and air filter. Now mower runs sluggishly at maybe 70% power and clean air fliter msg remains. I took the air filter off while engine running to see if it would improve the performance but it did not. Ideas? Thanks!
