My sister lives in Illinois and she sent me this picture from a local church. I had to share it with you all. Thought it was kinda cool.

That's really cute! I love when places put up funny signs like that. I've always been a fan of snow but only if no one I care about has to drive in it. The last time my fiancé had to drive in the snow, it really freaked me out! There were so many people stranded and stuck. Oh my gosh, it was a huge mess!

That's funny all right, thanks for sharing it with us.

That is so funny, thanks for sharing. I wish whoever is praying for snow would stop too, we are getting tired of shoveling. I want Spring.

It's good to see that some churches still have a sense of humor. There are areas of the country that would not take kindly to that sort of sign.

Your right about that. I hate it when all you see is hell and damnation posted on church signs. I thought this was a keeper and am glad you got a laugh.

I am not a religious person by any means, I hate the crap they put on most signs. Things like "having a bad day, turn in here." and the like, it was nice to see something funny. We have a sign here that says "Closed for the season, reason is freezing" I got a good chuckle out of that.

I am "religious," but I agree with you, monica. Churches could do much better selecting what they post on their signs. That one did. I love the humor. It's much better than what you usually see on church signs.

Very cute! This summer, when it was in the hundreds way too often, I saw several church signs that had the saying, "No, it's NOT as hot as hell" and I thought that was appropriate, too.
