If you are looking for a new tractor style mower try you local Walmart, too. If you are considering a used one look on craigslist or your local classifieds.

If you are going to buy the cheapest tractor you can find, please do not come back asking for help in repairing it down the road.

These cheapies are "throw-away"...even a so-called tractor.
Thus, try the curbside for the very cheapest, in the short term.....

The least expensive mowers are probably on Craigslist or in your local newspaper. The cheapest new mowers are probably at any of the big box stores, or Sears at the end of the season. In my opinion, the best value mower is a used premium unit that has been well taken care of. Those are my three answers.
