If you watch and listen to this video closely, you can hear that the 84-volt battery rig is only allowing 70% of the motor's speed to pass through. If this motor is supposed to be turning 3600 RPM, at 70% that is 2520 RPM. It really sounds like it's only pushing 70%. 84 / 120 = 70%.
