CC30H won't start

Hi All,
I caught the edge of a tarp and stopped the mower cold but didn't bind on the blade or shaft, just bunched up at the edge of the deck. Noticed the PTO is fully engaged and I can't reset it. Can't find any information in the manual. Any suggestions?

When starting a new help post, provide mower and engine numbers. In this case the experts will need your mower numbers. Sometimes model numbers are different than the mower part number.
