Carburetor question

I ordered a replacement carburetor from Amazon that has an adjustment screw on the right hand side. What does this adjust?

Allows small changes to the idle fuel mixture, but won't smooth out more major problems with running

That is known as a "tinker" screw. It is just to help obtain your ideal idle air/fuel mixture. If it runs good, don't mess with it.
