Carb problem Robin nb04

hi there ,sorry for my bad english because i'm Dutch but i hope someone can/will help me . I have an old mower Robin nb04 . Is there anyone who can tel me how to adjust these carburator and to adjust the the floaterhight .

maycks, If you can clean up the carb and take several pictures and post them I will try to make some suggestions, and usually when I do that others respond.
