Carb linkage for a Briggs

I have a Briggs model #126782-0129-01 and it has a carb #494217 I need the linkage setup. Thanks in advance.
I have included a picture of the carb control. When moving the throttle it has no effect on the carb choke plate that is the area that I'm having problems in Again thanks for the reference material.
