Can someone help me find information on the hrx217hma models?

Honda's website doesn't seem to have information on this model and someone near me is selling one for around $350. how does it compare to the HRX217HYA? I pretty much convinced myself that is the one I would purchase if I were to buy new. However, if this used one is comparable to it, It would save me a good chunk of change

HYA has autochoke, HMA models had a manual choke (built into the throttle lever)
HMA has electric start, battery must be charged with a wall charger.
