Can anyone identify this mower?

I had this mower in the barn and decided to clean it up and get it running and it runs fine after i took it all apart and everything. I just don't know the model of the mower but i do know it is a ranchking as you can see. I'm looking for the proper way to start it without using a drill on the flywheel and some ether, and what motor it has and what oil it takes as well.

That's a Briggs & Stratton engine. Here's a link to help you decipher that string of numbers & letters: www.jackssmallengines.com/jacks-parts-lookup/briggs-stratton-model-locator.aspx

The model no. basically tells you that it's a 12 cubic in. engine w/ a vertical crankshaft & a plain bearing/DU non-flange mount & a rewind starter.

The code indicates that it was manufactured on Aug. 19th, 1997.

Here's a link to manuals for the engine, but it looks like there are just parts manuals available, not owner's manuals: www.briggsandstratton.com/na/en_us/support/results.html?searchrequested=12H802

To get an owner's manual for the overall mower & the info. you're asking about, it looks like you're going to have to carefully go over the mower to find the Ranch King (as opposed to the engine) model no. & Google that.

Hope this helps!

Ok so this is what i get with the first set of numbers https://www.jackssmallengines.com/j...19z999-series/12h800-to-12h899/12h802-1752-e1 and it looks like thats exactly it. Ive looked at the mower but not REALLY good so i might do it again but if there was a sticker or something anywhere it might be worn off.
