Bypass help

I have a Snapper RE110. I want to bypass the safety switches to get this thing to run. The starter will run when in the seat, brake is on and blade is disengaged. Not getting spark. I have replaced the battery, armature and plug. From the photo below, what wires need to be jumped to get this thing sparking?

For TESTING only, pull the small kill wire off the ignition coil. Should drain the fuel tank dry.

Don't try to defeat any safety switches. Just don't even go there.
