Snow blower BX2750B snowblower disassembly...

I have a ten year old BX2750B whose housing is rusting out in numerous places. I need to remove the auger/gear assembly to either try and repair the old housing or replace it. I removed all the bolts from the auger but can't separate the auger drive shaft from the the rest of the housing. I called my dealer and someone said he thought the secondary auger needed to be pulled out with the primary ,so I started removing the reduction box assembly from the back of the housing to pull the entire shaft through towards the front, but I cant get the last flange off the shaft to pull it through. Does anyone have disassembly suggestions for this unit?

dvto, I don't know what brand that is but if a major there is at least a parts diagram and probably a shop manual, although they may be only available to factory reps. Try to get your hands on one and advise us.
