Burning oil while I accelerate

Only when I pull the throttle on my vanguard twin v motor does it burn oil like crazy and create a black liquid in my muffler. Any idea what this could be?

Smoke under power--piston rings.

Smoke under deceleration--intake valve guides.

Head gaskets.

Wrong oil type.

Excessive oil level.

Fuel in the oil.

Also what does "pull the throttle" mean? Are you idling the engine down like a car engine? "Mower" engines are to be at 3600rpms ALL THE TIME. Briggs and Stratton states for max durability run at max revs ALL the time.

I’d vote on blown head gasket.

That is excess fuel. Does the oil dipstick smell like gas?
