Hello everyone.... I have finally decided to sign up after years of using the forum to track down problems with my machines. It has saved my neck four times and most importantly kept me from having to buy pieces and parts I didn't need. If only it had been around 30 years ago!

John Deere 314.. I was young when I purchased this new. It was one of my first "major" purchases.
John Deere 425.. A well used tractor that belonged to the building and grounds department at a hospital in Keene, N.H. It now has 2600 hours on it and still runs and mows very well. I take very good care of it, but I know it's time is running out.
Cub Cadet 1440.. Bought for $200.00 with dump cart. The owner was told the 2 cylinder Briggs and Stratton engine was no good. It was just overfilled with engine oil.
Husqvarna YTH 180.. My newest machine. Bought 2 days ago for $25.00. All the spindles are seized up. I'm hoping to dismantle them and re-lube them and be able to soldier on. It only has 225 hours on it. I need the smaller machine to mow around my plants and shrubs.
Toro self propelled mulching mower. The best walk behind mower I've ever had.
Lawn-Boy Silver Series... I use this to mow a slope on my property that I don't like taking the riders on.
Honda Harmony self propelled. . A freebie but still runs and looks good.
Lot's of Stihl and Echo trimmers and saws. Plus a Shindaiwa power scythe. Also a Power Pruner pole saw with a funny wife story associated with it...but that's for a later time.

Welcome aboard. I'm glad the poles saw story is funny and not tragic....!
